Reiki Circle: Awaken Your Personal Power

Are you struggling with self-acceptance, self-worth and self-confidence? Do you find it difficult to set and maintain healthy boundaries with your family, friends and colleagues? Do you feel stuck in your career or relationship? These are all signs of a blocked solar plexus chakra.

Learn how Reiki can open and activate your third chakra (manipura) in our Reiki circle with The Network of Women. This session includes a solar plexus chakra meditation, writing prompts to access your personal power and release limiting beliefs, and group Reiki healing. Each participant will receive a citrine stone. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a  water bottle.
